Job Title: Technical Lead

Job Location: Qatar / Remote Work

Job Summary: 

We are looking for a Tech Lead to join our high-performance team for building and expanding the business. The ideal candidate will provide guidance on best practices throughout the entire project, from design to deployment, and be able to perform regular code and design reviews.

An ideal candidate should be an all-rounder with working knowledge of Node, Angular, and Mobile Development.

Skills Required: 

1. Should have 5+ years of experience in Mean Stack role
2. Must have experience in designing end-to-end Web/ Hybrid applications using low latency architecture
3. Must have hands-on experience with Node.js and different related packages
4. Must have hands-on experiences with any of the Front Hand technology (Angular/ React)
5. Must have experience with Socket.io programming
6. Must have hands-on experience with JavaScript and ES6
7. Must have experience with complete Data Migration projects preferably using MySQL
8. Must have integrated third-party services
9. Hands-on experience with MySQL, Mongo, Redis & ElasticSearch
10. A sound understanding of HTTP/2 and REST-style web services
11. Experiences in setting up monitoring, logging, and analysis platforms using industry-standard tools
12. Experience in debugging production issues
13. Develop and write APIs, documentations and visualize usage

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Develop detailed technical architectures for greenfield solutions across a range of industries. This technical architecture and associated documentation should be consumable and well-understood by the development team
2. Rapidly translate product requirements to application/software level architecture and elegantly detailed designs
3. Explore design implications and works toward an appropriate balance between functionality, performance, and maintainability
4. Reliably create clean designs that can massively scale and support multiple services and clients
5. Create detailed enterprise-class mobile architecture design covering technical architecture from mobile to enterprise and cloud system integrations
6. Design and document API level specifications and Data Models
7. Optimize mobile solutions for security, performance, and application scalability
8. Technically collaborates with stakeholders to ensure the team’s technical capability and efficiency
9. Working with a cross-discipline team of User Experience, Visual Design, Project Management, Development, and Testing

Qualifications:

1. Be/ B Tech./ MCA
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
